My greatest contribution to society is the fact that I make better at home lattes than most coffee shops and it is my turn to teach you how to do the same. Most of the time they sell their beans in house if it's a local coffee shop. I use Mythic Goat Coffee Enrich, dark roasted. It is incredible. It tastes so good. You're going to stop buying grocery store beans because they are going to taste horrendous. You're going to buy locally fresh beans and look at the roasted date, not the expiration date. It is going to take all the oxygen away from the beans and it's going to make them last so long, good for weeks and then bad to consistently pulling really good espresso shots for weeks.
