Don't popup is one of the most popular and newest bagel chains in the entire country. And they don't actually sell bagel sandwiches. They do sell bagels that you're supposed to rip, rip, dip, of their smears. They have a lot of flavors, scallion, salted butter and brown sugar cinnamon. And started just a few years ago during the pandemic when founder Adam Goldberg started selling bagels out of his backyard in Connecticut. They already have 49 locations in 18 states.
