A rough night can make tomorrow feel scary before it even starts. But think about other times you’ve gotten through a day on less sleep. Maybe you stayed up late for something important, had a new baby, cared for someone who needed you, travelled, worked a late shift, or just had one of those nights. You probably weren’t at your best, but you got through it. That doesn’t mean sleep doesn’t matter. It means your body is more resilient than your anxious brain may tell you at 2 a.m. Sometimes remembering that can take a little pressure off sleep. Hi, I’m Tony Ho, MSW RSW, an insomnia therapist. I help people make sleep feel less stressful. Comment SLEEP if you want my free Sleep Without the Struggle guide. #sleeptips #insomnia #sleepanxiety #sleepscience
