Shram Sanskriti Party Chairman and MP Harka Sampang has taken a sarcastic dig at Prime Minister Balen Shah over his remarks regarding technology and expertise needed for rescue operations inside flood-affected tunnels in Rasuwa. After the Prime Minister described the mud-and-flood-filled tunnel situation as an unusual rescue challenge for which immediately usable technology and specialised expertise were not readily available, Sampang questioned the statement sarcastically, suggesting the PM might not know how far modern technology has advanced and referring to humans reaching Mars.
