So, something I'm about to tell you is something that only founders will truly understand. If you're a founder, you're going to want to go ahead and save this and come back to it because the comments and what I'm about to say are going to give you a lot of things to resonate with and refer back to. So, go ahead and click save before you watch this. And it's that when you're a founder, there are things that nobody tells you about and you just can't know them until you experience them. For example, I just came back from a trip to Wyoming and on that trip, feel like I caught some sickness, coupled that with coming back to these pollen and allergy notifications at Louisiana, and I have just been a wreck this week. Like, Monday, Tuesday were just so terrible. Like, I had no energy, my head was banging, and just completely dead. And couple that with the fact that if I don't do things, they don't get done because I'm a founder, right? So, you have this constant internal struggle of I know I need rest, I know I'm overworking myself, but I can't take my foot off the gas. And it's just this constant thing that I think founders have to balance, go back and forth with. And, I don't know if it's something that you ever truly figure out. Obviously, you know, there's phrases like, you know, I got to take care of me first before I can be useful to anybody else. But, I don't know, man. It's a constant struggle that I feel like I go through. And so yeah, this is like first video I'm posting this week because like I said, I've just felt terrible the last few days coming back from that trip. And I still don't feel good today, but it's like I got to get back on the wagon. I got I got to push through this feeling of sickness and you know, fatigue and no energy. Because if I don't, it's just going to continue to lag on. So, got to push through it. If you're a founder or a solopreneur, I'd love to hear other things that you didn't really think about before you started the business and you just had to learn along the way. Put those things in the comments. To all the founders and solopreneurs out there, I love you guys, keep keep pushing, I believe in you, you got this. Cheers.
