I think one of the most under talked about things about being a business owner is the amount of unseen work you do. And it goes unpraised, unseen, unspoken about because nobody knows. And why would we tell people about the, the hours that we're working after everyone clocks out? Um, there's no point. But it's stuff that has to be done to keep your business going, especially if you are a small business owner. Um, so I just wanted to encourage you, us fellow business owners, we know what amount of work and effort and level you're putting into this. Um, and so I'm proud of you. And I think what's amazing about it is, these hours and these, these days that feel like months sometimes, it will pass. And yourself in a year from now will look back and be like, yes, it was hard. Um, but I did that. And because of the effort and the amount of time and energy I put into it, the amount of mental load that I was under, that's why we're here. That's why we're here. And so keep that perspective in, uh, if you're still up, it's 10 o'clock tonight and you're pouring over what you have to do tomorrow or setting your team up for success tomorrow or responding to estimates, you know, you had to send out today that you just got so busy that you couldn't. Those are the things that nobody else will do. And it's your business, and you're making it happen. So I'm proud of you, and I hope you have an amazing day tomorrow. Hopefully you get some sleep tonight.
