I don't believe it or not, I don't raise rents. What? Really? Why not? My thought is if I have a really good tenant who always pays on time and no issues, I would rather just not raise the rent to keep them there and keep them there long term. And if they do move out, then it's kind of like gravy to me because I'm able to rent it out for even more to the next tenant. And then tell them they could stay there as long as they want at that price. Yeah. For me, I've had some tenants now for 7 or 8 years. It's funny to me was like Kevin's reaction to this because like Graham, we've done some content together. A brilliant guy. He's a single family, so it's not a scale. And like as he's telling him like I don't raise rents, Kevin's trying to be cool, but you just hear him like in his head, it's like funeral music and like the death of all this money that's just by not rents. Like you can't do that shit at scale.
