Marvel's Wolverine's shows Lady Deathstrike, Jean Grey, and Mystique and the character designs have immediately divided fans. Lady Deathstrike is drawing the most criticism, with fans pointing to her proportions, describing her head as too large relative to her body, her age as incorrect, and her signature adamantium finger claws as too short. Mystique's design has also come under fire on X, with fans calling it off-model and unrecognisable compared to her comic book look. Some of the backlash has crossed into accusations that Insomniac is deliberately making female characters less attractive, a claim others have pushed back on strongly.
