SAVE THIS NO-CRUNCH CORE WORKOUT Beginner? I’ve got you. More advanced? Slow it down, add resistance where appropriate, or increase your time/reps and I promise your core will know you were here. 😂🔥 1️⃣ Side Bends — 12–15 each side Keep your core tight and control the movement—don’t let momentum move the weight. 2️⃣ Lying Toe Taps — 10–15 each side Keep your lower back comfortable against the floor and bring those knees closer to your body if you need an easier modification. 3️⃣ Shoulder Taps — 10–15 each side Brace that core and try to keep your hips from rocking side to side. Drop to your knees if needed. 4️⃣ Bicycles — 10–15 each side Slow and controlled! Don't race through them just to get the reps done. 5️⃣ Plank Rotations — 8–12 each side Brace your core and rotate with control. Modify from your knees if necessary. 6️⃣ Deadlifts — 12–15 reps Yes—deadlifts! Your core has to brace and stabilize your torso while your glutes, hamstrings and back do plenty of work too. Keep that spine neutral and hinge through the hips. ✨ BEGINNER: Start with 1–2 rounds 🔥 READY FOR MORE: Work toward 3–4 rounds ⏱️ Rest about 30–60 seconds as needed. Remember—a stronger core isn't built by doing hundreds of crunches. Your core's job includes bracing, stabilizing, resisting movement and helping control movement, so give it some variety. Choose weights that challenge you while still allowing you to stay controlled, and never sacrifice form for another rep. And don't forget the other half of the equation: balanced nutrition, enough protein, hydration, recovery and CONSISTENCY. ❤️ Save this one for your next core day, and follow for more simple, realistic workouts. I’ll see you on the fitness side. 💪 #CoreWorkout #NoCrunches #BeginnerCoreWorkout #CoreStrength
