🔥 GOT 15 MINUTES? GIVE ME 15 REPS. 🔥 We're hitting biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest AND upper back with one simple dumbbell workout. Nothing complicated. Grab your weights and let's WORK. 💪 THE WORKOUT: 1️⃣ 15 Hammer Curls → Wide Bicep Curls 🎯 Biceps + forearms • Keep your elbows close to your body • Hammer curl with palms facing in • Rotate into your wide curl with control • Don't swing those dumbbells just to finish the rep 2️⃣ 15 Tricep Kickbacks + Twist 🎯 Triceps • Hinge forward with a neutral spine • Keep your upper arms tucked beside you • Extend fully, then add that controlled rotation/squeeze • Keep the movement coming from your arms—not your entire body. 3️⃣ 15 Back Retractions 🎯 Upper back + rear shoulders • Keep your chest tall and core tight • Shoulders DOWN away from your ears • Pull back and think SQUEEZE between those shoulder blades 4️⃣ 15 Front → Lateral Raises 🎯 Front + side shoulders • Keep a soft bend in your elbows • Raise only to around shoulder height • Don't shrug or swing the dumbbells • Control the lowering portion too—that's part of the rep! 5️⃣ 15 Diagonal Chest Flyes 🎯 Chest + shoulders • Keep a soft bend through your elbows • Bring the arms across on the diagonal with control • Think about squeezing through your chest rather than just moving the dumbbells • Keep your core engaged so your torso stays steady 6️⃣ 15 Crisscrosses 🎯 Shoulders + arms • Keep your chest tall • Shoulders relaxed instead of creeping toward your ears • Keep those arms controlled even when they start BURNING 🔥 • Don't let momentum take over 💙 BEGINNER? You don't have to start at 15! Try 8–12 controlled reps with lighter dumbbells and complete 1–2 rounds. Build your way toward the full 15 as you get stronger. 🔥 READY FOR MORE? Complete 2–4 rounds depending on your fitness level and resistance. But if you're swinging your entire body around by rep 7… 😂 LIGHTEN IT UP. Form ALWAYS comes before weight. And remember, we're building muscle—not trying to fly through 15 reps as quickly as possible. SLOW + CONTROLLED = make those muscles do the work. 👏 🥗 Support your strength training with adequate protein, balanced nutrition and hydration, and give those muscles time to rest and recover before training them hard again. You don't need complicated workouts. You need something manageable, doable and consistent. 💙 Save this one for your next upper-body day, give me those 15 reps, and come back and tell me which exercise had your arms questioning our friendship first. 😂🔥 Follow for more realistic strength workouts and motivation that'll keep you moving. I'll see you on the fitness side! 💙💪 #HomeWorkout #BeginnerFitness #20minuteworkout #DumbbellWorkout #ArmWorkout
