Ladies, if a stronger, more defined upper body is the goal, grab those dumbbells and START HERE. 💪🔥 We’re hitting biceps, shoulders, chest, back and arms with this one: 🔥 Negative Bicep Curls — Curl up normally, then SLOW that lowering portion down. Make those biceps work the entire way. 🔥 Press Outs — Core tight, chest tall. Press the weights straight out and bring them back in with control. 🔥 Arnold Presses — Start with palms facing you, rotate as you press, and keep the movement slow and controlled. Only press through a comfortable range for your shoulders. 🔥 Field Goals — Keep those elbows around shoulder height and control the movement. No swinging those weights! 🔥 Lat Pull-Ins — Think about pulling those elbows down and squeezing through your back instead of just moving your arms. Aim for 10–15 reps per exercise OR 30–45 seconds each, completing 2–4 rounds. Rest about 30 seconds as needed. Choose weights that make those last few reps challenging while still allowing you to keep good form. If you have to swing, rush or sacrifice your form, lighten it up. 👏 And remember: building those muscles is only part of getting that defined look. Consistent strength training + recovery + protein, hydration and balanced nutrition all work together. ❤️ SAVE this workout, SHARE it with your workout buddy, and FOLLOW for more realistic workouts that actually work.
