ONE kettlebell is all you need. 💪🔥 1️⃣ Upright Rows — shoulders/upper body 2️⃣ Bent-Over Rows — back 3️⃣ Squat to Press — legs, glutes + upper body 4️⃣ Bicep Curls — arms 5️⃣ Deadlifts — glutes + hamstrings 6️⃣ Calf Raises — calves Aim for 10–15 controlled reps or 30–45 seconds each. Start with 2 rounds and work toward 3–4 as you get stronger. Choose a weight that's challenging but still lets you maintain good form. And if overhead pressing isn't comfortable, skip the press and keep the squat. 💪 Strength training + consistent nutrition + enough protein + hydration = where the magic happens. ❤️ Save it • Try it • Report back. I'll see you on the fitness side. 💪 #KettlebellWorkout #TotalBodyWorkout #WomensFitness #FitnessOver40 #HomeWorkout And YES — about Creator Rewards There's a difference between “this video isn't eligible to earn Creator Rewards” and “this video violated TikTok's rules.” TikTok's current Creator Rewards rules say eligible videos must be original, high-quality, at least one minute long, and sponsored content isn't considered eligible original content for Creator Rewards. So if you tag the kettlebell/product and TikTok marks that particular video ineligible/disqualified from Creator Rewards because it's commercial/product content, that does not appear to be the same thing as getting an account strike. It means that video doesn't earn Creator Rewards.@LEXI-US
