And this might be the best one yet. Slice up some potatoes and boil them for just five minutes. Add oil and salt to the drain potatoes and cover them. Next, they go into a baking pan and get roasted in the oven. Then chop up some parsley, cilantro, whatever you prefer. While the potatoes are getting crispy, mix tahini, garlic, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice with some water. Fry some garlic in olive oil and add your chili paste. I like using harissa. Stir your crispy potatoes into the pan. And add about a cup of black lentils. Stir in your chopped parsley or cilantro, whatever you prefer. And then it's ready to serve. Now, nutritionists or whatever tell me, but isn't this the perfect meal? You got carbs, protein, good fats, and it's just ridiculously tasty.
