Welcome to plant heaven 🌿 I made you a food blog 👇 This EASY Recipe is delicious and will save you Money 🍝 #plantbased #cooking #FoodTok #budgetfriendly #protein Get an onion and chop it up. Do the same with about four cloves of garlic. Roast the onion and stir in the garlic after a while. Toss in one of those big cans of chickpeas, a big tablespoon of rosemary and enough salt. When a bottom gets sticky, deglaze it with a can of whole peeled tomatoes and a little tomato paste. Let it cook for about 10 minutes and cool off for at least 20 before serving. It sounds simple but with some bread or potatoes, this meal is truly one of the best budget-friendly ways to get your daily protein. The canned tomatoes and rosemary make it just divine. And I love chickpeas, which makes me wonder, what's your favorite way to eat chickpeas?
