Big Mac Sheet Pan Meatloaf It’s the time of year when we’re craving everything Big Mac and this sheet pan meatloaf is one of our favorites. It’s super easy to make and it bakes quickly so it’s a win win for busy back to school weeknights. Save this recipe because everyone loves Big Macs!! #bigmac #bigmacmeatloaf #SheetPanMeatloaf • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef 1/2 onion chopped 1/2 c pickles chopped 1 tablespoon Worcestershire 1/4 c mayonnaise 1/4 c thousand island dressing plus more for topping Salt and pepper 1 c shredded cheddar cheese Shredded lettuce Sliced pickles Sesame seeds Mix together the ground beef, onion, pickles, Worcestershire, mayonnaise, thousand island, salt and pepper. Spread evenly onto a parchment lined 13 x 9 baking sheet. Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes. Drain the excess grease and top with cheese. Return to oven for another 10 minutes until the cheese has melted. Top with lettuce and pickles. Drizzle with thousand island and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
