WHAT I MADE FOR DINNERS THIS WEEK

I have been absolutely loving the combo of sweet potatoes with ground beef. So I decided to top the street corn bowl this time and it was honestly such a good meal. Next up is a vodka pasta with mini meatballs. While the pasta was cooking, I was putting together all the mini meatballs. They were really easy to cook and they were so fun. I try to make things a little bit easier and I did use a jar of vodka sauce and honestly, it was still just as good. This meal is definitely similar to spaghetti and meatballs but honestly, there's nothing wrong with that. And saving best for last, this was my boyfriend's request for dinner this week. This is just a large chicken cutlet with a homemade Caesar salad right on top. My boyfriend doesn't really eat salad but apparently he cared and he'll devour it.
