This is everything we ate for dinner this past week. It's a family of 4, 35 year old mom of 3 under 3. Monday, chicken fajita casserole. This one is super easy to make and honestly has so much flavor and I love that you can just dump everything into a pan. Let it cook in the oven for about 45 minutes and that is it. I also like to do at least one dump-and-go style dinner because it just makes life so much easier when you have little kids at nighttime. We all know how crazy it can be. Tuesday, chicken bacon ranch bubble up. This one is honestly probably one of my favorites because it's always a guaranteed that my kids are going to eat dinner. It's something about adding biscuits to a meal just makes my kids more excited to eat. And you really can't complain about this one because it's honestly so delicious. Wednesday, Italian sausage gnocchi soup. And let me tell you, this one sitting at 12 million views again right now. And I promise you, this is the best soup you will ever gonna have. I absolutely love this. We always make it every fall. Soup season style. I decided to make it a little bit early because I was just craving a really good soup and I always go to this one every single time. Only takes me 30 minutes to make. So I promise you, this is a really easy soup that your whole family is gonna love. I will be sharing another soup series on my page, so be sure to stay tuned for that because I am very excited for this year. Thursday, sheet pan ranch chicken sausage. I wanted to keep it really simple, so I did a sheet pan ranch chicken sausage. And I added some bell peppers and yellow potatoes. And my kids absolutely love this meal. And I'm pretty sure this was probably their favorite. Friday, chicken Caesar bake & pierogies. And listen, I know we have a lot of chicken in our house, but that's what my kids like, so that's what we do. Saturday, we always order pizza at some point. So we decided to do Pizza Hut this night. And that is everything we ate for the week.
