Trying a 55% hydration stiff starter 60g starter + 240g flour + 120g water. This one definitely took a little more work to mix, so I dumped it onto the counter and kneaded it until there was no dry flour left. Then I packed it into a clean jar, left it on the counter, and 8 hours later… LOOK AT HER 😍 all that rise with barely any water #sourdoughforbeginners #sourdoughstarter #sourdough #fyp #foryoupage
