slow cooked Korean short ribs with herby cucumber salad 💚 Sticky, a little spicy, a little sweet and completely fall-apart tender!! Slow roasted in a delicious korean inspired sauce, then served with rice and the freshest herby cucumber salad - I know I say this every time but this might be my favourite one yet 🤌🏼 Full recipe on my Substack newsletter - link in bio 🤍 #shortribs #EasyRecipes #slowcookedribs #dinnerrecipes #healthydinnerideas
