Product placement

e.l.f. Cosmetics Soft Glam Satin Foundation: ACTS - it is applied to the face, and the video implies it is the solution to "unglammy valley". Removing it would change the video's purpose. e.l.f. Cosmetics: APPEARS - it is the brand name on the product and on a sign in the background. Removing it would not change what happens in the video.
