ONE PAN CHEESY BEEF PASTA 🧀🍝 An easy, creamy, cheesy dinner all made in one pan 🙌🏼 This was our new dinner of the week and while it wasn’t a 10/10 all round Adalie absolutely loved it and Colby still ate some, so I’m taking that as a win! It’s really easy to make, packed with flavour and perfect for a midweek family dinner. Give this one a save for when you need some dinner inspo 👌🏼 Ingredients: 500g 5% beef mince 1 onion 1 red pepper 3 garlic cloves 3 tbsp tomato purée 1½ tsp paprika 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp dried basil ½ tsp dried thyme 500ml beef stock (I tipped my bone broth up with a water) 200ml double cream 250g pasta 50g extra mature cheddar 50g Red Leicester Method: 1. Heat the spray oil in a large, deep frying pan over a medium heat. Add the onion and red pepper and cook for 5–6 minutes until softened. 2. Add the beef mince, turn the heat up slightly and cook for another 5–7 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks, until nicely browned. 3. Add the garlic and tomato purée and cook for another 2 minutes. 4. Add the oregano, basil, thyme, paprika, salt and black pepper and stir everything together. 5. Pour in the beef stock and double cream, stir well and bring to a gentle simmer. 6. Add the dried farfalle straight into the pan. Reduce the heat and simmer for around 15 minutes, stirring regularly, until the pasta is cooked. If the sauce becomes too thick before the pasta is tender, add more water as needed. 7. Once the pasta is cooked and the sauce is lovely and creamy, scatter over the cheddar and Red Leicester. Allow it to start melting, then stir it all through until cheesy and delicious. Who else has kids who ate EVERYTHING as babies and then gradually became little fuss pots?! 😂 #familydinner #easyfamilymeals #onepandinner #onepanmeal #familyrecipes
