Ingredients: * 350 g pasta * 250 g salmon fillet * 200 g feta cheese * 200 g cherry tomatoes * 2 handfuls baby spinach * 2 cloves garlic, minced * 2 tbsp olive oil * 1 tsp Italian herbs * Salt & black pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Add the salmon, feta, cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and Italian herbs to a baking dish. 2. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through. 3.
