You need to make this step for your next tail gate, football game, or just to have as a snack at a party. It is so delicious. It's the viral Hissy Fit dip and here's how I made it. You're gonna take one block of softened cream cheese, so just sit that on your counter a few hours early so it's easy to mix. One cup of sour cream, then one and a half cups of pepper jack cheese that is shredded, and one and a half cups of Monterey Jack cheese that is shredded. Two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, and then some garlic and onion powder as well. I did about two teaspoons of each. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce. If you don't like the flavor of Worcestershire sauce so much, just add one tablespoon instead of two, but I think this really brings it out. Go ahead and stir that up really well. Then add in one pound of browned sausage that you have drained. It's easier to mix in the sausage at the end, so it just mixes up really well. Then I put more pepper jack on top and more Monterey Jack, just as much as you want. I just had a little bit left over, so I went ahead and spread that over the top. Into the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. You want it to come out looking just like this. So delicious. Um, I served it with chips. So I had these tortilla chips to serve it with, but you could seriously do so many things with this one. It is absolutely delicious and it's going to impress anyone at the next tail gate. I served it with chips.
