Sunday morning breakfast is easy and on the go perfection! This biscuit muffins are packed with flavor and portable and customizable! We made the breakfast biscuits again this time with a different protein, but I also used a jumbo muffin tin and I cut this one in half so I could show you the middle of it. I also used a jumbo muffin pan and I cut this one in half so I could show you the middle of it. They are the perfect portable breakfast, easy on the go and here's how I did it. Grab your muffin tin and you are going to preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Make sure you grease your muffin tin because these will come out so easy if you do that. Then you're going to take a pack of Grands biscuits or whatever biscuits you like and put half of one in each of the bottoms of the little muffin tin. Then you're going to take your favorite protein. We've done ham, we've done bacon, and now we're doing sausage. These are already ready to go. So I go ahead and put those in there and I don't have to worry about cooking sausage. So add that to each one. You could also like divide this up and do different proteins in each one. It's super customizable, so super kid friendly. Then add some egg, salt and pepper. Just beat your eggs a little and then add those in. I like a sharp cheddar cheese, but I did run out. So you'll see here that one person got a different cheese. Again, super customizable though. Then you're going to take and add the top half of the biscuit to each one of them. Then I took the extra two biscuits and divided those amongst the rest of these because they will all just bake together. 350 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes. I'm just looking for that to get brown on top. You see how easy those come out. You have the best little biscuit and it's so easy to make.
