Wellness trends that terrible for women's hormones
Let's talk about three wellness trends that are terrible for women's hormones.
Cold plunging.
Mainly all the research has been done on men and their results with cold plunging.
Cold plunging is not really good for women's hormones.
And if anything, we need more warmth in our bodies.
The next one is being a part of "The 6am club".
There's no issue with waking up early, but if you were not cutting out the time to be getting 8 hours of sleep, you were doing more damage than good.
Sleep is so important if not the most important thing for our health and for our longevity and happiness.
The last one is juice fasting.
If anything, your body needs more protein, not lack of it.
There is very minimal nutritional value when it comes to juice cleansing.
After doing my own research, I don't see a lot of benefit from it.
Because I used to do this myself and quite frankly, I was just screwing up a lot of things that were going on inside of my body.
So skip the juice cleanse and instead focus on your protein and water intake.

Not every wellness trend supports every woman. Your body does not need more extremes. It needs safety, nourishment, protein, sleep, and consistency. Cold plunging is not proven to harm female fertility, but research specific to women is still limited. Waking up at 6 AM is not healthy when it comes at the expense of proper sleep. And juice fasting often removes the protein and balanced nutrition your body actually needs. Wellness should support your hormones, not become another source of stress. 🤍 #WomensWellness #HormoneHealth #HealthyHormones #WellnessTrends #HolisticWellness
