So, an absolute classic is... So, all you need is... wraps, some hard-boiled eggs, tuna, any type of cheese that you want, and some mayo, obviously. This is obviously a bit more expensive, but sometimes I just use the normal ones. So, I'm going to start off with three of your wraps. That's all you need for this recipe. And you're gonna spread the mayo on the bases. Okay? Simple. Do your tuna, which you're going to drain your tuna, whichever one you're using. Okay, so you're gonna spread over one of the wraps with it. Can random, this, like, always, sometimes chives, spring onions, but anything just from the fridge. Just cheese you have in the fridge, grated, but by, I save money by buying a block, um, and you can try this with like a mixture of cheese, I don't really like using red leister in it though. Cheddar is the one, um, that I've found so far, but again, you can literally whatever you want. Really. Last, your last one, you're gonna cut up that egg, so the way that I do this, so I just take an egg, cut it in half, then once you've got you just two halves, you just cut it down the other side, like little moons, them. And you're gonna do this with however many eggs that you want. Usually, I'd say like three's enough for just one base. So that's what we're gonna do. And here. So now that you've got your three bases, again, you can season it however you want, but I'm just assuming this is the only thing you have in the fridge. So you start it, which you don't really mess with it, and be then place the tuna on top of it. And then you're gonna tightly roll the first, maybe third of it. And then as soon as that's done, you're then gonna transfer this wrap onto the cheese. And then you're gonna do the same thing. You just roll it all together. And it doesn't really matter to cause usually it's fine. And then you've got this little lunch wrap and in foil. So the last step is literally just put it in tin foil. Now, you can either eat it now, split portions, how much you want to eat. Or I tend to leave it the next day. So I've meal prepped this for tomorrow's lunch. And it's just a really quick, easy, high protein lunch. Just sandwiches, wraps. So here's a little idea for you if you want some inspo for uni.
