A construction project manager has to understand more than schedules and budgets. Low-voltage coordination impacts walls, ceilings, electrical pathways, equipment rooms, security systems, data networks, AV, and the final turnover of the project. If device locations, conduit routes, pull boxes, cable tray, floor boxes, and telecom rooms aren’t coordinated early, the result is delays, rework, change orders, and frustrated trades. The best project managers know enough to ask the right questions, identify conflicts before installation, and make sure every trade has a clear path to completion.
