Hook
I think for me, I still am discovering certain parts of my brain and my attitude towards mental health is constantly growing. And I think it's important to grow with it and understand the logic behind it, even when you're in, you know, maybe an episode, which I've, you know, been able to be grounded and rooted in my DBT work and working with my therapist. There are so many ways, but also just creating the coping skills yourself is really important. So I just try to work on it. So it's every day. I think I see the light every day. I just get closer and closer and keep chasing it. I think I have had people in my life that have unconditionally loved me, and even when they were not understanding exactly what I was feeling, I felt seen and I felt really loved. So they were confused, but once I found out, got my diagnosis and... I feel free and they understand and it made sense. So just sticking it out with someone, being next to them in their hardest moment means more than, you know, a thing you could do.
