You can make Taco Bell-style nacho cheese at home and it's much easier than you'd think! 🌮🧀 After testing, reverse engineering and tweaking recipes over the years, this is my copycat Taco Bell nacho cheese recipe with the perfect creaminess, spiciness, cheesiness and that beautiful smooth texture. Perfect for nachos, fries, burritos, quesadillas... or just aggressively dipping tortilla chips into it. 😂 As always, the full recipe is below, enjoyyy! ❤️ 🧾 Ingredients 🧾 8 oz Velveeta 3 Tablespoons of pickled jalapeno juice 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 50g sharp cheddar cheese, grated (about 1/3 Cup) 1/2 cup evaporated milk, plus more to thin the sauce if desired 👨🍳 Instructions 👨🍳 1) In a medium saucepan over medium low heat, add the evaporated milk and velveeta cheese, whisk continuously until the cheese has melted. 2) When the cheese has melted, turn the heat down to low and whisk in the pickled jalapeno juice and cayenne pepper. 3) Whisk in the sharp cheddar cheese until fully combined. 4) Serve hot with your favorite chips, poured into burritos or on tacos. 🚨 Troubleshooting 🚨 If you use pre-grated sharp cheddar cheese, the mixture may be a little thicker due to the anti-caking agent on the cheese. You can always thin out the cheese sauce a little by adding evaporated milk, just do 1 tablespoon at a time until you get your perfect consistency #DishwithDrew #TacoBellDupe #CopycatRecipe #Fastfooddupe #NachoCheese
