Taco Bell’s Nacho Fries are one of my favorite menu items, so of course I had to figure out how to make them at home! 🌮🍟 This Taco Bell Nacho Fries copycat recipe recreates that cheesy, spicy seasoning that makes their fries so good. Make a batch, toss it with hot crispy fries, and you’ve got Taco Bell Nacho Fries whenever you want them. As always the full is recipe below, enjoyyy! ❤️ 🧾 Ingredients 🧾 4 tablespoons cheese powder 1 tablespoon white granulated sugar 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning 2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 teaspoon ground coriander 1 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion powder 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon citric acid Substitution Note: If citric acid is unavailable, increase the lemon pepper seasoning by an additional 1/2 teaspoon. 👨🍳 Instructions 👨🍳 1) Add the cheese powder, sugar, lemon pepper seasoning, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and citric acid to a small bowl. Whisk until all of the spices are evenly combined and no clumps remain. 2) Prepare the french fries according to your preferred cooking method. For the best results, cook them until they're golden brown and extra crispy. 3) While the fries are still piping hot, transfer them to a large bowl and sprinkle generously with the seasoning mixture. Toss immediately until the fries are evenly coated, adding additional seasoning as needed. 4) Place the seasoned fries back into the oven or air fryer for a few minutes to help the seasoning adhere to the fries and intensify the flavor. Keep a close eye on them during this step, the cheese powder and sugar can scorch if they're cooked too long. #DishwithDrew #TacoBellNachoFries #NachoFries #CopycatRecipe #tiktokgrowthchallenge
