RANKING POPULAR CORE WORKOUTS believe me, i have experience LEG RAISES 7/10- one of the better ones but hard to add weight. eventually start engaging my upper body CABLE CRUNCHES 9.5/10- amazing for progressive overload, isolates the core well. only downside is form takes a while to get down. DECLINE SIT UPS 10/10- no complaints. adding weight helps so much, engages the lower abs which is amazing DRAGON FLYS 1000/10- my personal favorite. recently added and it's game changing!! using solely core.
