For a summer bash or just chilling with friends on a rainy night, this whipped feta dip recipe with blistered tomatoes checks every single box. Creamy? Oh yeah. Tangy? Definitely. Sweet, salty, juicy? All of the above. It’s whipped feta with honey and roasted tomatoes. It’s an appetizer that feels a little fancy but comes together with very little fuss, my absolute favourite combo. FOR THE BLISTERED TOMATOES * 2 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes * 5 cloves garlic, minced * 2 tbsp olive oil * 1 tbsp honey * 1 tsp salt * 1 tsp pepper * pinch of cumin * 2 sprigs fresh thyme FOR THE WHIPPED FETA * 8 ozlight cream cheese.
