Utah's Italian Fest - September 19th and 20th, noon to 10pm at the Gateway in Salt Lake City 🇮🇹 Do not miss this one. I finally made it this year and I am so glad I did. Genuinely the most people I have ever seen at a festival in Utah. The Gateway was more alive than I have ever seen it and it just felt really really cool to be there. Fair warning - a lot of the food lines were 30 plus minutes so go in knowing that and just plan for it. Totally worth it. They had Italian chefs and a celebrity chef doing cooking classes and tips and tricks throughout the event which was such a fun touch. And then the food. Some of the best bolognese I have ever had. Really great ravioli and meatballs. Amazing gelato. So many incredible local Italian spots all showing up in one place. The performances were really fun and the whole vibe was just so lively and exciting from start to finish. If you have time today go check it out.
