This is everything we ate for dinner this week. 30 y/o married couple with no kids. We try to only eat out once or twice a month. This week we cooked at home every day, so let me show you what we made. On Monday, we did lemon chicken orzo. This is one of my favorites, easy quick meals. Probably 20 minutes to make this whole thing. I have the recipe on my page. On Tuesday, we made burger bowls. This is something we've been seeing on TikTok and we've wanted to make. Another quick and easy meal. You just put whatever toppings you want and use potatoes as the base, lettuce, onion, cheese, a little bit of burger sauce on top, add some pickles, and that was Tuesday. On Wednesday, we did egg roll in a bowl. This has been on our rotation for the past couple weeks. It's another super simple and easy meal and delicious. On Thursday, have you made lasagna? We took it over to our friends' house. I got home a little late from work, so he actually made the whole lasagna and recorded it for me. I love him so much for supporting me on this TikTok journey. This lasagna was 10 out of 10. And then on Friday, we made baked pork chops. Y'all know we love anything Kinder's in this house, so we used the buttery garlic and herb shake and bake. Served it with some corn and cowboy butter seasoning as well as some broccoli cheddar pasta. Saturday, we quite literally have been binge watching 'Orange is the New Black' all day. We could have totally ordered food out this night because we were being lazy, but you know what? We decided no. We made these hot honey chicken sandwiches. We've made these before, they're so good. Just air-fried some chicken, threw it on a Hawaiian roll biscuit, added some hot honey, cheese, pickle, bacon, and an onion. Sunday, I did a crockpot recipe. I did this creamy chicken over mashed potatoes. Got this recipe from TikTok. It was delicious. Just put it in the crockpot, low and slow for three to four hours. Served it with some mashed potatoes and crack green beans and that rounded out the week. Thanks for being here. Bye.
