Everything We Ate For Dinner This Week Here's everything we ate for dinner this week. This week we spent $100 on groceries. Everything We Ate For Dinner This Week Crispy Beef Ta Crispy Beef Ta We started off strong with some crispy beef tacos. These were my favorite meal of the week and they were super easy to whip together. All I did on my tortilla was layer mozzarella, taco meat, another layer of mozzarella, folded it up and then browned it in a pan with some avocado oil. Then I made a chili lime dipping sauce by just taking some sour cream, mixing in some taco seasoning and a squeeze of lime juice. I also had some guacamole and pico de gallo on the side. The best part about this meal is you can make whatever toppings or sides you want. We were laughing because I went through this phase where I didn't think I liked guacamole and then I tried it when we were in Mexico and I decided that I actually really liked guacamole and now I couldn't eat this meal without guacamole on the side. Cowboy Butte Cowboy Butter Steak Bites Next up was cowboy butter steak bites with mashed potatoes and green beans. I just started by cubing up my steak into about 1-inch pieces, putting it in a bowl and seasoning it with some salt, pepper and Kinder's Cowboy Butter Seasoning. Then I took the steak bites and cooked them in a pan if you added a time for a few minutes in some oil and set them off to the side. For the cowboy butter, I took a few tablespoons of butter, added in some minced garlic and some more of the Kinder's Cowboy Butter Seasoning. Then served it with mashed potatoes and green beans on the side. And lastly, the lineup was chicken teriyaki ramen. I actually prepped this the night before by making the sauce so that I would save me even more time in the morning. I will pop up everything on the screen that went into the sauce. I whipped it together and then the night before. So that in the morning I just took out my chicken breast and put them in the crockpot, dumped my sauce on top along with some diced onion. That cooked on low for six hours. So that all I had to do when I got home was shred the chicken, cook up a few packages of ramen noodles and add those in. I also added in some steamed broccoli and stirred it all together. And that was everything we had for dinner this week.
