Pumpkin Chocolate Oat Bars 🎃🍁🍂 Ingredients: Pumpkin Bread Oat Bars: 15 oz pumpkin purée 2 eggs 1 cup peanut butter butter ¾ cup maple syrup 2 tsp vanilla 3 cups oats 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder 1 cup chocolate chips Recipe: Combine all went ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix. Add in the oats and seasonings and mix. Then add in 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips. Mix one last time. Place the mixture in a 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper. Even out the mixture on the top then bake for 45 mins. Remove and let cool before chopping into bars. Store in the fridge and enjoy! #fallbaking #bakingrecipe #pumpkin #bakinginspo #cozyrecipes
