why I live in Hoboken instead of NYC

I live in Hoboken and I absolutely love it. So let's talk about some reasons I prefer living in Hoboken as opposed to New York City. You get so much more room for the price you pay and in an apartment, washer, dryer, dishwasher, it's a lot more affordable to be able to do that. Another thing I absolutely love about Hoboken is it's on the water facing New York City. It is the prettiest views. I literally go for walks all the time along the water. It is so nice. There's always people out. There's so many dogs in Hoboken. It just feels more spacious. A lot of New York people don't come to Hoboken. It's very hard to get my friends here. They will come sometimes, but there is a lot to do. There's a lot of fun bars, there's a lot of restaurants. Something I also really love about Hoboken is they're always doing stuff for the community. Like this past week they had the Italian festival in the park. Food vendors everywhere, blow up houses for kids, live music, they had like a beer tent. They're always doing stuff like that. And also, if you're a football fan, every Sunday they close down one of the streets and bring in a bunch of TVs into like tents and people just go out and watch football. It's a great time. I will say it is so easy to get into Manhattan. The PATH train does not even take 10 minutes to get you right into the West Village. It is perfect. I'm there all the time with my friends, but I just love Hoboken to come home to. And I would highly recommend if you are looking to move into New York or you got a job in New York or you're graduating and you're debating where to move, consider Hoboken because I love it.
