Hot Honey Salmon Bowl 🥑🌶️🍣 I’m using the @Fig App to make sure all the ingredients I’m using are gluten free! I can quickly scan the barcode of an ingredient or look it up to immediately see if it fits my diet. It saves me so much time cooking and grocery shopping! Hot Honey Salmon Bites ingredients: - 1 pound salmon (this makes enough for like 4 people or 2 with leftovers) - 1 tsp each of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper Sauce Ingredients: - 1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium) - 1/4 cup honey - red chili flakes - tbsp minced garlic - 2 tbsp butter Recipe: Preheat oven to 400F. Chop your salmon into bite sized pieces, then throw them in a large bowl. Add some avocado or olive oil in, and all your seasonings, mix to coat all of the salmon. Place on a large lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 18-20 minutes or until it reaches your desired crispness. As that cooks, make your sauce. In a medium sized bowl, add in your soy sauce, honey, red chili flakes and stir. Heat up a medium sauce pan with the butter and once sizzling add in your garlic. Cook for just a minute then add in the sauce mixture. Bring it to a strong simmer over medium heat. We want to get this sauce pretty thick so it’s going to take probably around 10 minutes to thicken. Make sure you are stirring it pretty often to ensure the soy sauce doesn’t burn. If it seems like it’s too hot, don’t be afraid to turn the temp down as long as it’s still simmering. Once the salmon is done cooking, add the salmon to the sauce and ensure all pieces are evenly coated. Enjoy! #Dinnerldeas #easydinnerideas #healthyrecipe #highprotein #figpartner
