WHERE IS THE DOG? Dakota Risinger says he saw a man slam a dog into a wall at an Abilene car wash. He confronted the man, then obtained surveillance video. Dakota identifies him as Chad Wolaver; I have not independently confirmed that identification. KTAB reports police received one call. I’ve asked Abilene police for an update. Is the dog safe?
