Approximately 1/2 of the construction industry is over 46 years old. That means that 1/2 of the industry is set to retire or leave in the next 20 years. If 50 people leave & only 7 replace them, that means the supply for talent is only going to be at 57% capacity compared to what it is today. But the demand won't go away! That means the professionals still in the game are going to get PAID! Extrapolate that another 20 years...we are at 14% bandwidth. But....#momoneymoproblems because this means the transfer of knowledge & education is dwindling, unless we do something about it!
