Soooooo… going to the gym while most people are asleep has caused some concern 😂 So I thought I’d answer some of the comments about my routine. Is it conventional? Absolutely not. Does it work for everyone? Probably not. But I get 8.5+ hours of sleep, my health has improved massively, I have a life outside the gym and, most importantly, I genuinely enjoy the routine I’ve built.
