Recipe linked in bio! Or google search 'herman at home mille feuille nabe' Hot pot season is here and this one is almost too pretty to eat. I combined napa cabbage and thinly sliced beef (but you can use pork belly) into a pot until you get layers upon layers and let it simmer in a savory dashi broth until every bite is tender and juicy. This one comes together in around 20 mins so enjoy! Follow me for new easy recipes every single week. #hotpot #japanesefood #easymeals
