Stop assuming this is just a “weird habit.” When kids tuck their hands inside their shirt, they may be seeking deep pressure + proprioceptive input to help their body feel more organized and regulated. Safety first. If their hands are restricted while walking, climbing, or using stairs, redirect them to a safer way to get that input. Want more strategies for your sensory seeker?
