The copy-room PC hosts the shared queue, so when it breaks the whole building stops printing. The Canon prints its own config page, the link light is up, it shows Ready, and Pause Printing is off. So the device and the network are fine. Then look at what the queue and the service list are telling you. There are two problems on this one, not one. What's your diagnosis?
