DINGED FOR AGE DISCRIMINATION, POTENTIAL LAWSUIT, BAD ALL THAT STUFF. BUT THEY WANNA GET RID OF THAT OLDER EMPLOYEE. IS TOO HIGH, MAYBE SOMETHING ELSE. SO BECAUSE THE OLDER EMPLOYEE IS IN A CRITICAL ROLE, WHAT THEY DO IS THEY TRANSFER THEM INTO A LESS IMPORTANT JOB. BUT IT'S HARD TO PENALIZE SOMEONE FOR TRANSFERRING AN EMPLOYEE.
