Our neighbors think my wife and I are unemployed...nWe're at home at 1pm on a Tuesday...nAt the park on a Wednesday morning...nAt the lake while everyone else is at work...nOne asked "so..what do you actually do?"nThe honest answer? We did the hard part 7 year ago...nIn 2019 we were both working 60h weeks in corporate...nWe saw each-other for maybe 2 hours a day...nSo we put down 15% on a $495k house in Nashville...n($74,250)nI sold my truck to pay for furniture...nWe listed it on Airbnb hoping to make $2k/month...nBut.. it didn't go that way...n3 months in, it was set to cash flow $7,000 😅nSo we did it again.
