#Ad Taking care of myself has continued to look different through every season of my life. #RFPartner Skincare is something I've wanted to be more intentional about, so l've loved getting to use the Rodan + Fields Redefine Regimen and finding a routine that feels right for me. I'm redefining what's possible by continuing to trust myself, challenge expectations and stay open to what's next. That includes giving my skin the same kind of consistency and care I try to bring to other parts of my life. @Rodan and Fields #RedefineWhatsPossible

Transcript

So I've never had a really extensive skincare routine, but I am trying to be more intentional about what I put on my skin, learning what it needs. I think that's where I'm at in my life also. I wanna be more intentional about what I want and trusting myself more. I'm also at this place in my life where I am no longer waiting for permission. I don't think things have to have a beginning and an end. Coming back to training was a huge part of that for me. It wasn't necessarily a part of the plan, but I'm curious about what's possible and what I can do at this age. I assumed that getting older meant that I would have to let go of this really competitive side of my life, especially after becoming a mom. But what I realized is that ambition doesn't have an expiration date. Of course, it looks different now, but I can still explore it and it absolutely still drives me. Skincare is definitely something that I am still figuring out, but what I'm learning is that taking a few minutes to take care of my skin in a way is taking care of myself as well. This season of life for me is truly about trusting myself, taking care of myself, and giving myself permission to go after what I want.
