Are there alleged global weather lockdowns coming?

Are there alleged global weather lockdowns coming? And why do I say that? Because a woman took to social media to describe things that she found online that seemed very odd. And it's multiple countries that are doing the same thing. Take a listen to this video for yourself. I came across a random headline about Germany telling its citizens to prepare. Telling them to stockpile food and water and medicine and that they should have cash on hand. It told them that they should have a battery powered radio and they're even going so far as giving people information on how to deal with stress during what they call extreme events. So I saw that obviously my interest is peaked here. So I start doing a little digging right. The next thing I see is Britain. They're telling their people to stockpile food and water too. Then Ireland. Literally this month Ireland is sending out millions of these little booklets and they're titled Be Emergency Ready. So again telling their people to stockpile food and water and supplies. They're literally giving people booklets on how to prepare. There are some claims floating around that this all has to do with the super El Nino that is predicted for the winter. But you know it's one thing when they tell you things just to make sure people can remember in the back of their minds that something could happen at any time weather related. You could have a storm that could knock out power. Be prepared. Could it be just that? Listen to the rest of what she found. And then what's even crazier than all that is that I found Sweden. I found Poland. I found Denmark. I found Norway. Does this not seem a little odd to anybody else? All of these countries telling their people to prepare. So what do you think could be up? I mean it's one thing when one country or one municipality just lets people know especially if they live in let's just say a flood area or an area that's prone for hurricanes or crazy storms. But when all countries simultaneously at the same time tell people to stockpile food, medicines, cash, etcetera, etcetera. Should we be preparing for something that they're not telling us, allegedly?
