What in the world are they selling as ground beef in our supermarkets? And why do I say that? Because a woman went to her local supermarket and picked up some ground beef. Then she went to a local farmer's market and picked up some ground beef from a local farmer. She cooked them both side by side and the comparison will have you shaking your head. Have a look at this video for yourself. So this right here is beef from a local farmer that we got. And this right here is beef from the grocery store. I'm gonna put them in some pans and see if we can tell the difference between the two. This one is starting to cook. Look how rich that color is. And then that good brown is coming through. And this one is almost done cooking, yet it looks like it's thought about being some meat and then it changed its mind. Exactly. It literally smells the flavor coming off of this beef. Like, it smells so good. This one is fully cooked. This one is very translucent and it's like Play-Doh like. I don't even know. Take a look at the side by side. Like she said in the video, the one from the supermarket is right here. And it's kind of Play-Doh like. Look at the coloring on it. It doesn't even look like it's completely in thoroughly cooked. While the one from the farmer's market is right above. Take a look for yourself. How deep and dark the texture is and the color. Once again, the supermarket brand does look a little pinkish and doesn't look as thoroughly cooked. And this is the farmer's market. You can see how dark and rich the texture is. And as she said in the video, you can see when it's cooking, it's got the pinks and all of the smells of ground beef. And once again, the supermarket is right here. And it's kind of Play-Doh like. Or should we buy and play roulette with what we get at supermarkets? Let me know your thoughts on this in the comments. And as always, I'd love to hear from you.
