Instead of an eye cream, I have been using the Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Aqua Highlighter. This one is in the shade one. It's the lightest shade in the range. It has this really pretty pearlescent glow. Then when you blend it out, it doesn't really, I mean, it looks like a highlighter, but it just looks like wet skin. There's no visible shimmer or sparkle. Directly underneath my eyes. It just brings so much brightness to that area. Blend that out with a brush. You can blend it out with your fingers, both ways work. I like to blend it under the eye and then down onto the tops of my cheekbones. It just gives such a pretty pearlescent glow to the skin. It looks really just fresh and healthy. I don't know, I just think it's such a pretty underrated step in a makeup routine. It's so pretty and fresh. I mean, especially if you have darkness underneath your eyes. I mean, it makes sense, right? If you really think about it, like we contour to create shadow and then we add highlight to bring things forward. You're really trying to bring something forward like hollowness underneath your eyes. Try a liquid highlighter.
